Yes. Title, description, tickets, gallery, contact info and visibility can all be updated after publishing. Capacity-affecting changes are guarded — you can't drop a tier's capacity below the number already sold. Attendees aren't notified automatically of edits; use the broadcast email for material changes.

If you cancel the event, attendees can be refunded individually from the dashboard. Attendees can also request a refund via their ticket page; you approve or decline. Brizz handles ticketing through Stripe, so refund processing is standardised — no manual bank transfers from your side.

You need a Stripe-supported bank account in Europe to receive ticket payouts. Set this up under organiser settings before publishing a paid event. For free events or pay-at-event bookings, no bank setup is needed because no money flows through Brizz.

Yes. Enable the pay-at-event option when creating your event. Attendees reserve a free spot online and pay you in cash on arrival. Useful for community events where Stripe payment friction would hurt turnout. No platform fee applies to pay-at-event bookings.

Payouts run on Stripe's standard schedule — typically 7 days after the booking for new accounts, faster once your account is established. You can track payout status in the organiser dashboard alongside booking and check-in metrics.

Nothing happens automatically — your event stays listed until it ends or you cancel it. There's no minimum capacity penalty. If you decide to cancel, the dashboard walks you through notifying any existing attendees and processing refunds if applicable.

Yes. Share dashboard access with team members — read-only or full edit. They can check in attendees, view the live count, and answer attendee questions without seeing your bank details or being able to edit pricing.
