The default way to sell

Brizz Ticketing

Set up paid or free tickets and let Brizz run the whole sale — we take the payment, email every attendee a QR ticket, handle door check-in, and pay you out with a proper German invoice.

Brizz sits in the middle: it collects the money, then pays you the net after the event with a Gutschrift (self-billed invoice).

How it works

1Organiser

Create the event, add up to 15 ticket tiers (paid and/or free), set VAT if you charge it, choose Brizz Payment, and add your bank details for payout.

2Buyer

Picks tickets with name + email — no account needed — and sees a clear breakdown (subtotal, VAT, fee, total).

3Buyer

Pays online by card, Klarna or PayPal. Free tiers and 100%-off orders skip payment entirely.

4Brizz

Confirms the payment, issues a unique QR ticket per attendee, emails the confirmation + ticket, and awards loyalty points.

5Organiser

At the door, scan each QR from the web dashboard or the Brizzme app — partial check-ins and gate-staff scanners supported.

6Brizz

After the event, issues your Gutschrift (self-billed §14 UStG invoice) and pays the net to your bank account.

What it costs

Transparent, passed-through fees

Payment processing is passed through from Stripe. The Brizz platform fee is waived during launch, so today only the processing fee applies on paid online sales.

Cards1.5% + €0.25
Klarna3% + €0.35
PayPal4% + €0.49

By default the processing fee is added to the buyer's total (nothing is deducted from your payout); you can choose to absorb it. Free events, pay-at-event (cash) and listing-only events carry no fee at all.

What the buyer sees

  • Public event page, pick quantities across tiers
  • Name + email — no account needed for card/cash
  • Clear total with VAT + fee, pay on Brizz
  • QR ticket on-screen and by email instantly
  • Downloadable VAT-itemised receipt PDF

What you do

  • Build tiers, set VAT, add payout bank details
  • Optional: discount codes, attendee form, co-organisers
  • Promote your event link
  • Scan QR codes at the door
  • Download your payout invoice after the event

Best for

Anything you want people to buy in advance with the least manual work — cultural shows, Bollywood nights, concerts, cricket screenings, networking dinners, workshops — plus free-registration events (RSVP with a QR ticket). Pick the Pay-at-Event variant if your crowd pays cash at the door but you still want reserved seats and QR check-in.

Key facts

  • Three variants share this mode: Paid (Stripe online), Free (no payment, but a real QR ticket is still issued), and Pay-at-Event (cash at the door — seat reserved, no online charge, no platform fee).
  • Prices are stored VAT-inclusive; Brizz extracts VAT at 19% / 7% / 0% for the receipt with a statutory reason where required.
  • Up to 15 ticket tiers, up to 30 discount codes, and up to 8 co-organisers / scanners with role levels (full dashboard, attendee list, or scanner-only).
  • Every confirmed booking gets a unique, always-regenerable QR — a paid customer is never left without a usable ticket.
  • Buyers get a VAT-itemised receipt PDF; organisers get a Gutschrift that doubles as the payout statement.
  • Guest checkout works for card and pay-at-event — only Own Payment Links requires the buyer to have an account.
