How much does it cost to list a service on Brizz?

Listing your service is free. There's no commission per lead — when a customer contacts you via WhatsApp, email, or schedule link, that's a direct conversation between you and them. Premium provider features will be available in future as your needs grow.

Do I need a business registration to list?

No. You can list as an individual provider — yoga instructor, tutor, photographer, caterer — without a registered business. If you're a regulated professional (tax advisor, lawyer, insurance broker) you can flag your service as regulated and add the relevant body for trust signals.

How do customers contact me?

You choose. Enable any combination of WhatsApp, email, and a schedule link (Calendly-style). Contact channels are configurable per service. Email is redacted for unauthenticated visitors to prevent scraping; logged-in users see the real address.

Can I list multiple services?

Yes. Each service is its own listing with its own gallery, service items, and analytics. If you offer multiple distinct services — yoga and Hindi tutoring, for example — list them separately so each gets its own city + tag reach. They'll group on your org profile.

What are service items?

Sub-offerings inside a single service. A caterer's service items might be "Veg Thali — €18 per head", "Birthday cake — €45", "Full wedding catering — request quote". Each item has its own photo, name, description, and price (fixed, from, or request quote). This is what customers actually browse.

Can I pause my listing?

Yes. Pause anytime from the service dashboard. Paused listings are hidden from public hubs and search but kept in your account. Resume when you're ready to take leads again. You can also edit your listing at any time — copy, photos, prices, items, contact channels.

Customers can leave a 5-star rating with a written review after engaging with your service. Ratings show on your detail page as an aggregate score plus a histogram (how many 5s, 4s, 3s, etc.). Abuse or fake-review concerns are handled by Brizz moderation.

What's the difference between a service and a subscription?

A service is the listing — what you offer. A subscription is an optional recurring billing plan attached to a service, for providers like yoga instructors or tutors who run paid memberships. Subscriptions use Stripe and are managed from your provider dashboard.
