Brizz Forms

Volunteers, challenge entries and RSVPs, collected on your event

Organisers run sign-ups over WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Brizz Forms puts them next to your tickets: a form on your event page, a link for WhatsApp and posters, review and approve, CSV export. No spreadsheet.

What organisers collect with it

Volunteers

Shifts, t-shirt sizes, a WhatsApp number. Approved volunteers can get scanner access for the door in one tap.

Challenges

Dandiya, rangoli, fancy dress: teams enter with a category and a video link, you review and approve. Entries can stay open at the event itself via the poster QR.

Performances

Dance groups and singers apply for a slot with song, duration and a clip. Build the lineup from the entries you approve.

RSVPs on private events

Coming? How many? Veg or non-veg? Pair it with a link-only event for birthdays and community gatherings.

How does it work?

  1. Step 1

    Pick a template

Volunteer, Performance, Challenge, RSVP or Custom. Every question is editable; add a deadline, a cap and whether you review entries.

  2. Step 2

    Share it

It appears on your event page and after booking automatically. Every form also has a short link and a QR for posters and WhatsApp.

  3. Step 3

    Review and export

Approve, decline or waitlist, message the people you approved, and download everything as a CSV whenever you like.

Where people find your form

Forms live on your events today

Every form belongs to one of your events and uses the same question builder as your attendee details. Forms that stand on their own — membership sign-ups, a standing volunteer pool, surveys — are next. Your answers are only ever shared with the organiser of the event, and emails about a form are about that form alone.
