New for organisers

Own Payment Links

New

Sell tickets on Brizz but collect the money your own way — PayPal, Revolut, UPI, bank transfer or a QR code. The buyer pays you directly, so Brizz never touches the cash and charges no payment fee.

The € goes straight from buyer to you, never through Brizz. Brizz holds the seat and issues the QR ticket only after you confirm.

How it works

1Buyer

Signs in (a free Brizz account is required — no guest checkout here), picks tickets and taps Confirm Booking. No card is charged on Brizz.

2Brizz

Reserves the seat as an “awaiting payment” hold — capacity is held, but no ticket, QR, invoice or points exist yet.

3Brizz

Shows the buyer an Amount due screen with your payment links, QR codes and bank details — and emails them the same details straight away.

4Buyer

Pays you directly — taps a link, scans a QR, or transfers to your account. Brizz is not part of this transaction.

5Buyer

Comes back and taps “I’ve paid — notify the organiser.” Your dashboard row lights up with a green “✓ says paid” badge.

6Organiser

Once the money lands in your account, tap Confirm. (Or Remind to nudge them, or Reject with a reason to release the seat.)

7Brizz

Issues the QR ticket and emails it to the buyer and every named attendee — check-in then works exactly like any Brizz ticket.

What it costs

No Brizz payment fee — ever

Because the money never runs through Brizz, none of the card-processing fees apply. Listing is free, and there's no platform fee on these bookings. Whatever your own provider (PayPal, your bank…) charges is between you and them.

Trade-off: Brizz isn't the merchant of record here, so there's no Brizz invoice and no payout — you receive and reconcile the money in your own accounts. Your own event discount codes still work; platform coupons and Brizz Points do not.

What the buyer sees

  • Signs in (free account needed — no guest checkout)
  • A clear “Amount due — paid directly to the organiser” note
  • Your links, scannable QR codes and copyable bank details
  • An “I’ve paid” button, then “Payment sent ✓”
  • The real QR ticket by email once you confirm

What you do

  • Once: add up to 5 links, 2 QR codes & 2 bank blocks
  • Watch the dashboard “Awaiting payment” queue
  • Confirm when the money lands → ticket issued
  • Remind a buyer, or Reject to free the seat
  • Scan tickets at the door like normal

Best for

Community organisers — associations, temples, cultural and festival groups — who already collect through PayPal, UPI, Revolut or bank transfer and want to keep doing so, while still getting a real Brizz listing, seat-holding, QR tickets and door check-in, with zero payment fees. Not the fit if you want instant online card payment and an automatic invoice/payout — use Brizz Ticketing for that.
