Brizz

No tickets, no sign-up

Open Event

A full event page for a gathering where nobody needs a ticket — a satsang, a mela, a community meetup. All your details, in Brizz discovery and on Google, with no Book or RSVP button. If there's a small fee, people just pay you at the door.

Pure discovery plus a self-service “Add to calendar.” No booking, no headcount, no payment through Brizz.

How it works

1Organiser

On the ticketing step, pick “Open Event (No Tickets / Registration).”

2Organiser

Choose Free entry or Entry fee at the door; if paid, type the fee. Optionally add a short note like “Free entry · donations welcome” or “€2 cash at door.”

3Brizz

Publishes a full, crawlable event page with no booking button and lists it in discovery + Google (Free events get a “Free” badge; paid ones show “From €X”).

4Guest

Reads everything, sees “No tickets needed — just add to calendar,” and taps Add to calendar (exact venue, time, 1-hour reminder). No account, no payment.

5Guest

Turns up on the day and, if there's a door fee, pays you directly, in person.

What it costs

Free to list, no fees at all

No money runs through Brizz, so there's no platform fee and no processing fee. Any door fee is collected by you in cash and isn't processed by Brizz.

What the buyer sees

  • The complete event page — but no way to book
  • An “Open event · No registration needed” note
  • A banner: “No tickets needed — just add to calendar”
  • Optional entry note, e.g. “€2 cash at door”
  • One button: “Add to calendar” (.ics with reminder)

What you do

  • Pick “Open Event (No Tickets / Registration)”
  • Free entry, or a door fee + optional note
  • Fill in the usual details & publish
  • No tiers, no discount codes, no payout setup
  • Collect any door fee in person on the day

Best for

Open community gatherings where a ticket would be overkill — satsangs, temple functions, melas, free garba/dandiya nights, association meetups, open houses, notices, potlucks — or events with just a token cash-at-door fee. If you need a headcount, paid tickets or QR check-in, use Brizz Ticketing; if you already sell tickets elsewhere, use Listing-only.

Key facts

  • No booking, RSVP, headcount or attendee capture of any kind — discovery-only plus a calendar add.
  • The page is fully indexable: free events get Google's “Free” badge; paid ones show “From €X.”
  • An optional entry note (up to 120 characters) shows things like “Free entry” or “€2 cash at door.”
  • Any door fee is collected in person — Brizz never processes it and charges no fee.
  • The only action offered is “Add to calendar” (an .ics with venue, time and a 1-hour reminder).
  • You can switch a Brizz-ticketed event to an Open Event only before any tickets are sold.
