Brizz

Brizz Ticketing · on your own site

Sell tickets on your own website

Your event cards and the Brizz checkout, on the site you already have. Buyers never leave your page; payments, tickets, QR codes and your payout work exactly as they do on brizz.me.

What shows

One event, a set you choose, or every upcoming event — kept current by itself.

What it takes

A WordPress plugin, or two lines of HTML on any site. Nothing to install on a server.

Where the money goes

Through Brizz and Stripe, into your payout. Every sale shows in your dashboard.

Install it, step by step

WordPress first — it is where most organisers are. The plugin path is click by click and needs no code; every other path is “paste two lines here”.

  1. Download the plugin: on the releases page (link below), open the newest release that starts with “wp-v” and download brizz-tickets-<version>.zip. Leave it zipped.
  2. In WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Choose File → pick the zip → Install Now.
  3. Click Activate Plugin. “Brizz Tickets” now appears under Settings.
  4. On brizz.me, signed in as the organiser: My Events → Embed on your site. Under “Tell us where it will appear”, add your site's domain — Settings → Brizz Tickets in WordPress shows the exact host(s) to add (www.example.com and example.com are two different entries). Then Copy code.
  5. Back in WordPress: Settings → Brizz Tickets → paste the snippet into “Paste your snippet from Brizz” → Save Changes. The page now says “All your upcoming events” (or “One event”).
  6. Edit the page where the tickets should appear → add the “Brizz Tickets” block — or put [brizz_tickets] in any editor (Elementor's Shortcode widget, Divi, WPBakery, the classic editor) → Update.
  7. Open the published page. Your event cards appear; tap one and the Brizz checkout opens on top of the page. In the editor you only see a placeholder — that is expected.
  8. If the page says “Tickets are currently unavailable”, the domain is not listed yet: on the Embed page, “Seen on your sites” names it — click Allow and reload.

Download the Brizz Tickets plugin — the zip under the newest “wp-v…” release.

No HTML to paste, the script loads only on pages that use it, and new events appear by themselves when the snippet was the all-events one.

If it doesn't show
  • Nothing appears, or it says “Tickets are currently unavailable”: the page's domain is not on your site list. Look at “Seen on your sites” below — www.example.com and example.com count as two different sites.
  • You see the code itself on the page: it was pasted into a visual editor. Use the HTML / Custom HTML / Code block, or the editor's Text tab.
  • Still nothing: a speed or security plugin (delay JavaScript, Autoptimize, WP Rocket, Wordfence) is holding outside scripts — allow brizz.me in it.
  • WordPress.com: plans below Business remove script tags. Use the Business plan or a self-hosted WordPress.

Two lines, three choices

Your own ids are on the Embed page; these show the shape. The script line can sit anywhere on the page, once.

Every upcoming event

Paste once. New events appear when you publish them; past ones leave.

<script src="https://brizz.me/widget/v1/checkout.js" async></script>
<div data-brizz-checkout data-organiser="YOUR-ORGANISER-ID" data-mode="card-grid"></div>

One event

A card with date and price, or a “Get tickets” button (data-mode="button").

<script src="https://brizz.me/widget/v1/checkout.js" async></script>
<div data-brizz-checkout data-event-uuid="YOUR-EVENT-ID" data-mode="card"></div>

A hand-picked set

Up to ten events of your choosing, as a grid.

<script src="https://brizz.me/widget/v1/checkout.js" async></script>
<div data-brizz-checkout data-event-uuids="ID-1,ID-2,ID-3" data-mode="card-grid"></div>

How it works

Four steps, once. After that, publishing an event on Brizz is all it takes for it to appear on your site.

  1. Step 1

    Copy your snippet

On brizz.me, open My Events → Embed on your site (every upcoming event) or an event's dashboard → Embed (one event), and copy the snippet.

  2. Step 2

    List your site

On the same page, add your site's domain — the exact host, e.g. www.example.com. The widget only loads on sites you list; the page names any host it was refused from.

  3. Step 3

    Add it to your site

WordPress: install the Brizz Tickets plugin, paste the snippet in its settings, add the block. Anywhere else: paste the two lines where the tickets should appear.

  4. Step 4

    Open the page

Your event cards appear; tapping one opens the Brizz checkout on top of your page. Payments run through Brizz and Stripe, and every sale shows in your Brizz dashboard.

Embedding is switched on per organiser by Brizz. Your Embed page says whether it is on for you, and what it costs — the fee is stated there before a single sale, in the words your payout statement uses. How Brizz Ticketing works

Put your tickets where your audience already is

Open your Embed page, copy the snippet, list your site. Ten minutes, once.
