Nav Shakti Navratri 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for Nav Shakti Navratri 2026, organized by Taandav Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

Each ticket is valid only for the event, date and admission category stated on the ticket.

Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing channels designated by Taandav Events. The ticket must be presented at the entrance, either digitally or in another accepted format.

Taandav Events reserves the right to verify ticket validity and, where reasonably required for security or admission purposes, request valid identification.

2. Ticket Availability & Payment

Tickets are subject to availability and are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

A ticket is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a valid ticket/booking confirmation.

Submitting an enquiry, registration or ticket request does not guarantee ticket allocation.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly announced by Taandav Events.

Failure to attend the event, late arrival, change of personal plans, illness, travel issues or any other personal circumstances do not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

In the event of cancellation or a substantial change to the event, Taandav Events will communicate the applicable options to ticket holders in accordance with applicable law.

4. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are intended for the purchaser and/or the person(s) designated at the time of booking.

Any transfer or resale of tickets must comply with the rules communicated by Taandav Events and the applicable ticketing platform. Taandav Events reserves the right to invalidate tickets that have been fraudulently obtained, duplicated, manipulated or resold in violation of the applicable rules.

5. Event Changes

Taandav Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, timings, artists, entertainment, production, seating/floor arrangements or other event details where necessary for organisational, technical, safety or other legitimate reasons.

The event venue may also be changed where reasonably necessary. Significant changes will be communicated through the available contact details or official event communication channels.

Such changes do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

6. Food & Beverages

Food and beverages are NOT included in any event ticket.

Food and/or beverages may be available for purchase separately at the venue, subject to availability and the applicable prices.

No outside food or beverages may be brought into the event venue, unless expressly permitted by Taandav Events or required for specific medical/dietary reasons.

7. Admission & Right to Refuse Entry

Taandav Events and the event security team reserve the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• inappropriate, aggressive or disruptive behaviour;

• violation of event rules or venue regulations;

• intoxication or behaviour creating a safety risk;

• possession of prohibited items;

• presentation of an invalid, duplicated or manipulated ticket;

• failure to comply with reasonable instructions from event staff or security;

• conduct that may endanger other guests, staff or the venue.

In such cases, no refund will normally be provided, subject to applicable law.

8. Prohibited Items

For safety and security reasons, the following items are not permitted inside the venue:

• Weapons or objects that may be used as weapons;

• Illegal drugs or substances;

• Outside food or beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks;

• Fireworks, explosives or other dangerous materials;

• Professional recording, photography or video equipment unless expressly authorised;

• Items that may endanger, disturb or inconvenience other guests;

• Any other item prohibited by the venue or event security.

Security checks may be carried out at the entrance.

9. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Taandav Events and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Please do not bring valuable or unnecessary items to the event.

10. Damage to Property

Attendees are responsible for any damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the venue, equipment, furniture, installations or other property belonging to Taandav Events, the venue or third parties.

The organiser reserves the right to seek compensation for such damage where legally permitted.

11. Photography, Video & Media Recording

Photography, video and other recordings may be made during the event by Taandav Events, authorised photographers, videographers or media partners.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally or as part of the general event atmosphere in photographs, videos or other recordings.

Such recordings may be used for event documentation, social media, advertising, promotional and other legitimate marketing purposes by Taandav Events and its authorised partners, subject to applicable law.

If you have specific concerns regarding identifiable use of your image, please contact the organiser.

12. Age & Children

The event is intended to be family-friendly. Children and minors must comply with the applicable venue and event requirements.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors accompanying them and must ensure appropriate supervision at all times.

Valid identification may be requested where age verification is required.

13. Event Safety & Conduct

All attendees are required to follow reasonable instructions from Taandav Events staff, venue personnel and security.

Attendees must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff and performers.

Any behaviour that threatens the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others may result in removal from the event without refund, subject to applicable law.

14. Event Timing & Late Arrival

Attendees are responsible for arriving at the venue within the announced admission times.

Late arrival may result in waiting time or temporary restriction of entry where required for security, crowd management or programme reasons.

Late arrival does not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

15. Force Majeure

Taandav Events shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, changes or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public safety concerns, strikes, technical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any resulting measures will be communicated to ticket holders where reasonably possible and handled in accordance with applicable law.

16. Compliance with Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable German law and mandatory consumer protection rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
