Rules for REFUND:

To ensure genuine attendance and effective event management, a refundable ticket fee of €2 is required for this event in Munich.

The €1 ticket fee will be fully refunded provided that:

1. You attend the event in person, and
2. You complete the check-in process at the event hall on the day of the event.

Refunds will be processed within one week after the successful completion of the event, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Failure to attend the event or to complete the on-site check-in will result in the ticket fee not being refunded.
