🚗 Vehicles & Parking

• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside.

👗 Dress Code & Personal Care

• Dress comfortably to enjoy the festival to the fullest.

• White attire is recommended to experience the complete festive vibe.

• The organizers are not liable for damage to clothing or personal items during the event.

⛔ Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Alcohol, drugs, weapons, fireworks, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Any misconduct, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event premises.

🧒 Children & Safety

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Please ensure kids stay within designated safe zones during performances and firecracker distribution.

📸 Media, Photography & Consent

• By registering for the event, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Official photographers and videographers will be present throughout the festival.

💥 Firecracker Safety (End of Event)

• Firecrackers (flower pots & sparklers) will be distributed only at the end of the event.

• Please follow instructions from volunteers during the firecracker session.

• Use firecrackers only in the designated area for everyone’s safety.

• Tickets are non‑refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued in case of event cancellation by the organizers.

The venue is easily accessible via Munich’s public transport network (MVV).
Below is a simple, accurate route guide for all visitors.

🚇 U‑Bahn (Most Convenient Option)

• Take U6 (Garching‑Forschungszentrum direction).

• Get down at Garching Station (NOT Garching‑Hochbrück).

• From Garching U‑Bahn station, it’s:

  • 5 minutes walk to Bürgerhaus Garching

  • Follow signs toward Bürgerplatz / Bürgerhaus

🚌 Bus Connections

If you prefer buses or are coming from nearby areas:

From Garching U‑Bahn Station

• Bus 230 → Stop: Garching Bürgerplatz

• Bus 231 → Stop: Garching Bürgerplatz

• Bus 292 → Stop: Garching Bürgerplatz
