HSS Khel Diwas 2025

🙏 Welcome to Khel Diwas 2025!

Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh heartily welcomes you to the 5th edition of Khel Diwas!

We are delighted by your enthusiasm and look forward to your active participation.

So, get your sporting shoes ready and bring along your sportsman spirit to enjoy a day full of fun, energy, and camaraderie!

📝 Registration

On-the-spot registrations will also be accepted; however, we encourage you to register in advance so we can plan the activities and teams more effectively.

👶 Kids Participation

For safety reasons, children below 6 years (not yet in school) will not be able to take part in the Khels.

A dedicated room for the Shishu Gana (kids below 6 years) will be available, where they can stay safely under parental supervision.

🍱 Food Counter

A vegetarian meal will be available for purchase at the event.

Payment can be made at the registration desk or directly at the food counter, via cash or PayPal.

💧 Reminder

Please bring your own water bottles to help us reduce waste and stay hydrated throughout the event.

⏰ Punctuality

As this is a full-day event, we request all participants to arrive on time so you can take part in the Khel Tournaments (Pratiyogita) from the very beginning.

Arriving late makes it difficult to accommodate you in already formed teams, so please make every effort to be punctual.

👕 Clothing / Attire

Kids: Please wear comfortable sports clothes. Avoid skirts or frocks.

Ladies: Kindly avoid dupattas. If worn, please tie them around the waist during participation.

Avoid long earrings, bangles, and keep long hair tied up.

Men: Please wear comfortable sports attire.

👟 Shoes

It is mandatory for all participants to wear non-marking indoor sports shoes suitable for indoor games.

⚠ Football studs or outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the hall.

👶 Kids & Responsibility

Parents of young children (especially ages 3 to 6 years) must ensure constant supervision.

Please do not leave kids unattended or allow them to run around the hall.

Each child should be under the care of at least one parent at all times.

If your child cannot participate in a game due to health reasons, please inform the karyakarta managing that group in advance.

💍 Valuables

Please avoid bringing personal valuables to the event.

Organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

🛡 Safety Note

We have safety measures and karyakartas in place to ensure everyone’s well-being throughout the event, especially during games.

However, parents remain primarily responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.

Please note: We do have measures & karyakartas to ensure the safety of all during the complete event and especially while playing. But, Parents are always the first responsible for the safety of their kids.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG), your personal details will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.

However, this information may be used by HSS for communication, planning, and execution of its activities.

📸 Photos / Videos

During HSS events, photos and videos may be taken that could include you, your spouse, and/or your children.

These materials may be used for event promotion, memories, or shared on official social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

By registering, you consent to such usage unless you explicitly inform the organizers otherwise.

⚽ Personal Safety

While maintaining a healthy competitive spirit, the safety of all participants is of utmost importance.

Please ensure your own safety and be mindful of others at all times.

Avoid any form of aggressive or violent behavior during the games.

The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
