Diwali 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or registering for a ticket for Diwali 2026, organised by Langen Pariwar e.V., you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets & Registration

Each ticket is valid only for Diwali 2026, for the date and ticket category stated on the booking confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and, where applicable, successful payment.

Guests must present a valid ticket or booking confirmation at the entrance. This may be shown digitally.

Tickets may only be purchased through the official registration or ticketing channels communicated by Langen Pariwar e.V.

2. Ticket Categories & Children

Ticket categories and applicable age groups are displayed during registration.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of children and minors accompanying them throughout the event.

Children must not be left unattended.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are intended for the purchaser and the guests included in the respective booking.

Tickets may not be commercially resold.

If you need to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact Langen Pariwar e.V. before the event. Any transfer is subject to confirmation by the organiser.

Tickets that have been duplicated, manipulated, fraudulently obtained, or resold contrary to these Terms & Conditions may be invalidated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Not attending the event, arriving late, illness, travel difficulties, changes of personal plans or similar personal circumstances do not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If the event itself is cancelled by Langen Pariwar e.V., ticket holders will be informed about the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Event Programme & Changes

The announced programme, schedule, performances, activities and timings are provided based on the information available at the time of publication.

Langen Pariwar e.V. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, timings, performers, activities, seating arrangements or other event details where necessary for organisational, technical or safety reasons.

Minor programme or timing changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Significant changes will be communicated through the available contact details and/or official Langen Pariwar communication channels where reasonably possible.

6. Food & Beverages

Whether food is included in the ticket will be clearly stated during ticket purchase.

Guests with allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements are responsible for checking the relevant information with the respective food provider before consuming food.

Where catering or food stalls are operated by independent third-party vendors, those vendors remain responsible for the food and services they provide.

Outside food and beverages may be restricted. Exceptions may be made where reasonably necessary, particularly for babies, young children or medical/dietary needs.

Alcohol may only be consumed where expressly permitted by the venue and organiser and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Admission & Right to Refuse Entry

Langen Pariwar e.V., the venue and authorised security personnel may refuse admission or require a guest to leave where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the proper conduct of the event.

This may include:

aggressive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously disruptive behaviour;
intoxication or behaviour creating a safety risk;
possession of prohibited or dangerous items;
presentation of an invalid, duplicated or manipulated ticket;
intentional damage to venue or event property;
failure to follow reasonable safety instructions from organisers, venue staff or security personnel; or
conduct that materially affects the safety or enjoyment of other guests.

Where admission is refused, or a guest is removed due to their own serious misconduct or violation of event rules, a refund will normally not be provided, subject to applicable law.

8. Prohibited Items

For safety and security reasons, guests must not bring items prohibited by law, the venue or event security.

This includes, in particular:

weapons or objects intended to be used as weapons;
fireworks, explosives or dangerous materials;
illegal drugs or substances;
items that could endanger guests, volunteers, performers or venue personnel.

Security checks may be carried out where permitted and appropriate.

9. Behaviour & Community Environment

Diwali 2026 is intended to be a welcoming and family-friendly community celebration.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, children, volunteers, performers, vendors and venue personnel.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, violence or deliberate disruption of the event will not be tolerated.

Please follow reasonable instructions provided by the organising team, venue personnel and security staff.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to the event.

Langen Pariwar e.V. cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Any lost property handed to the organising team will be handled on a reasonable-efforts basis.

11. Damage to Property

Guests may be held responsible for damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the venue, equipment, decorations, furniture or other property belonging to the organiser, venue or third parties.

The organiser or affected party may seek compensation where legally permitted.

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising minors accompanying them.

12. Photography, Video & Event Media

Photography and video recordings will be made during Diwali 2026 by Langen Pariwar e.V. and/or authorised photographers and videographers.

These recordings may document the event and may be used, where legally permitted, for purposes such as:

event documentation;
the Langen Pariwar website;
social-media channels;
future event communication; and
promotional material relating to Langen Pariwar e.V. and its activities.

Guests may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings showing the general atmosphere of the event.

13. Health & Safety

Guests attend the event and participate in activities responsibly and should consider their own health and physical circumstances.

Please immediately inform an organiser, volunteer, venue employee or security representative if you notice a safety issue or require assistance.

In an emergency, guests must follow instructions from the organising team, venue personnel, security services and emergency services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Third-Party Vendors & Services

Independent food vendors, stall operators, performers or other service providers may participate in the event.

Where a guest purchases goods or services directly from an independent vendor, the respective transaction is between the guest and that vendor unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each vendor remains responsible for its own products and services in accordance with applicable law.

15. Event Timing & Late Arrival

Guests are responsible for arriving during the announced admission times.

Late arrival may result in waiting time or temporary restriction of entry where necessary because of performances, security requirements or crowd management.

Late arrival does not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

16. Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

The event may need to be changed, postponed, interrupted or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Langen Pariwar e.V.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, government restrictions, public-safety concerns, emergencies, venue unavailability, technical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where this occurs, Langen Pariwar e.V. will communicate the available arrangements to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

Any refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation or postponement.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If any individual provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, this does not automatically affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
