By registering for HEF Frankfurt 2026, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Organized by: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Germany e.V., a registered non-profit association in Germany.
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
The organizer reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any registration at its discretion.
2. Tickets & Admission
Each ticket is valid for one attendee only.
Attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the registration desk.
The organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of attendees through a valid government-issued photo ID.
3. Student Delegate Pass
The HEF Frankfurt 2026 Student Delegate Pass is available exclusively to currently enrolled students.
A valid student ID card must be presented at the registration desk during check-in.
If valid proof is not provided, the organizer may require payment of the applicable standard registration fee or deny entry.
4. Job Seeker Delegate Pass
The HEF Frankfurt 2026 Job Seeker Delegate Pass is available exclusively to holders of a valid Job Seeker Visa or equivalent status.
A valid visa or residence permit must be presented at the registration desk during check-in.
Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denial of the discounted rate and require payment of the applicable standard registration fee.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, visa rejections, personal circumstances, illness, late arrival, or no-shows.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees will be informed of the available options at the organizer's discretion.
6. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, schedule, agenda, or format without prior notice.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Photography, Video & Media Consent
The event may be photographed, recorded, live-streamed, or filmed for documentation and promotional purposes.
By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, recordings, and promotional materials without compensation.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and lawful behavior.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive conduct, disruptive behavior, or any activity that negatively impacts the experience of other attendees will not be tolerated.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for violations of this policy.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in the event is at the attendee's own risk.
The organizer, venue, sponsors, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event.
10. Data Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration, communication, and related activities.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable German and European data protection regulations.
11. Non-Profit Status
HEF Frankfurt 2026 is organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Germany e.V., a registered non-profit association in Germany.
The event is organized on a not-for-profit basis to promote entrepreneurship, professional networking, economic collaboration, leadership development, and community engagement.
Registration fees are collected solely to cover event-related expenses, including venue, catering, administration, logistics, technology, and operational costs.
Any surplus generated will be utilized to support future educational, cultural, community, and charitable activities in accordance with the association's objectives and governing statutes.
12. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, or cancellation of the event resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process and attending the event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
