No alcohol is permitted inside the venue.
No outside food or beverages allowed — only food provided by the organizers/caterers.
Organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
Entry is subject to ticket verification; please carry a valid ID and your ticket confirmation.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual behaving inappropriately or causing disturbance, without refund.
Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times; organizers are not liable for unsupervised minors.
The event schedule (games, cultural program) is subject to change without prior notice.
Organizers are not liable for any injury, accident, or medical issue occurring during games (e.g., Tug of War) or on the premises.
Parking is at your own risk — organizers are not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.
Entry is at the discretion of the organizing committee.
Data Protection (Datenschutz): Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event organization and communication purposes, will not be shared with third parties without consent (except where legally required), and will be stored securely in accordance with GDPR/DSGVO. Photos/videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes; attendees who do not wish to be photographed should inform event staff in advance
