1. Event Details
The event will take place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM at LILIUM, Pfuelstr. 5, 10997 Berlin.
2. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, and ticket category stated on the booking confirmation. Tickets must be presented at the entrance, either digitally or in printed form.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled by the organizer or where applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Event Cancellation or Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performers, activities, timings, venue arrangements, or program content when necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to ticket holders.
5. Entry Requirements
Attendees must present a valid ticket at entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates the event rules or applicable venue regulations.
6. Children & Minors
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors in their care.
7. Food & Beverages
Food and beverages available at the venue or food stalls may be subject to separate charges. Availability of individual food items may vary.
8. Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, weapons, dangerous items, illegal substances, and other items prohibited by the venue or applicable law are not permitted.
9. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Photography & Video
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation, promotional, and social-media purposes. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs or recordings, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
11. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, performers, staff, and venue personnel. The organizer may ask individuals who engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior to leave the venue without a refund.
12. Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with the rules and safety requirements of the venue. The organizer reserves the right to enforce venue policies during the event.
13. Accessibility
Guests requiring accessibility assistance are encouraged to contact the organizer in advance so that reasonable arrangements can be discussed.
14. Liability
The organizer’s liability shall be governed by applicable German law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, the ticket holder confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
