Tickets are non-refundable and are valid only for the ticket holder. Entry is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and, where applicable, valid proof of eligibility for discounted or free admission.

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for BHRM e.V. documentation, communication and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the BHRM information/association stall at the event.

Food and beverages will be available on site and must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.

By attending the event, visitors are expected to follow the venue rules and any instructions given by BHRM e.V. or venue staff.
