POOKIE ONAM 2026 – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending POOKIE ONAM 2026 (“the Event”), all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
Every attendee must hold a valid ticket for entry unless otherwise stated.
Tickets must be purchased only through the official ticketing platform or authorized sales channels.
Each ticket is valid for one admission only.
Attendees may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID along with their ticket.
Entry may be refused if a ticket is found to be duplicated, altered, forged, damaged, or obtained through unauthorized means.
2. Event Admission
Doors open according to the published event schedule.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for parking, security screening, and check-in.
Late arrivals may experience delays or limited access to certain parts of the program.
Re-entry may be restricted or denied depending on event operations.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be informed regarding available options.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated.
Personal schedule changes, transportation issues, illness, weather conditions, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program, venue layout, performers, activities, speakers, or timings without prior notice if circumstances require.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
6. Photography & Videography
Professional photography and videography will take place throughout the event.
By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and future event purposes without compensation.
7. Behaviour & Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to:
Respect fellow guests, performers, volunteers, and staff.
Follow all instructions given by event personnel and venue management.
Maintain appropriate behaviour at all times.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, violence, or abusive language.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
8. Safety & Security
Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
Bags may be inspected where necessary.
Refusal to cooperate with security procedures may result in denied entry.
Attendees must comply with all emergency procedures and venue safety regulations.
9. Prohibited Items

10. Food & Beverages
Food and beverages may be available for purchase during the event.
Outside food or beverages may be restricted according to venue policies.
The organizer cannot guarantee that food served by vendors is free from allergens.
Guests with allergies or dietary requirements should exercise appropriate caution.

Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
The organizer and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
13. Parking
Parking is subject to venue availability.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
The organizer accepts no liability for theft, damage, or accidents involving vehicles.
14. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, attendees should immediately notify event staff or security.
First aid assistance will be arranged where available.
15. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, postponements, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
16. Limitation of Liability
Attendance at the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer, partners, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, and venue shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, theft, delay, inconvenience, or consequential loss arising from attendance at the event.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be processed for ticketing, event administration, customer support, legal compliance, and event-related communications in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
18. WhatsApp Community
Ticket holders may be invited to join the official POOKIE ONAM WhatsApp Community for event updates and announcements. Participation is voluntary, and attendees remain responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s terms of service and community guidelines.
19. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket and attending POOKIE ONAM 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in removal from the event without refund.
