Valid Ticket Required: Entry is permitted only with a valid event ticket.
Workshop Included: The Garba workshop is included in the ticket price and is subject to available space.
Family-Friendly Event: Please maintain a respectful and family-friendly environment throughout the event.
Children: Children must remain under the supervision of their parents/guardians at all times.
Respect the Venue: Please take care of the venue, furniture, equipment and facilities. Any damage caused intentionally may be chargeable.
Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the venue. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase at the event.
No Alcohol / Intoxicants: Alcohol, illegal substances and intoxicated behaviour are not permitted at the event.
Dance Floor Safety: Please follow the instructions of the organizers and instructors. Avoid pushing, running or any unsafe behaviour on the dance floor.
Personal Belongings: Please look after your personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional/community purposes.
Organizer’s Decision: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise announced by the organizers.
Timings: Please arrive on time, especially if you wish to participate in the Garba workshop.
