Get a brief overview of the Frankfurt labor market ecosystem including key sectors, language requirements, institutions, hiring practices and entry strategies.

– Competency Mapping Tool – Kompass Frankfurt
Make your value visible. Learn how to move from vague descriptions of your background to a clear, market-relevant profile. Understanding your strengths is the first step towards creating opportunities.

– Career Strategy Development – ​​Kompass Frankfurt
You do not have only one option. We will explore different pathways: from a classic job search leading to a work visa, combining part-time employment (20-hours job), trying out short-term trial work opportunities, or exploring longer-term possibilities for developing your own service-based business where legally applicable.
