Happy Trails is thrilled to organise an unforgettable camping experience filled with fresh air, ember skies and the beauty of nature.
This trail promises refreshing views, fresh air and unforgettable memories.
This trail is open to all.

Your Adventure at a Glance:

• Departure from Berlin & Düsseldorf or other– We’ll meet at Berlin central station (HBF)/ Düsseldorf Hbf / any other location on demand and travel together by public transport, taking a scenic train ride part of the way.

• Trail to the Campsite – From the train stop, we’ll embark on a nature trail approximately 30 - 45 minutes to reach our camping area.

• Tent Pitching Experience – Upon arrival, we’ll work together to pitch our tents – a fun and hands-on experience for everyone.

• Explore & Connect – After pitching tents, explore the campsite surroundings and get to know your fellow campers.

• Storytelling & Laughter – Share stories, funny anecdotes, and moments from life around the campfire. ( depends on weather conditions.)

• Star Gazing – Lie back and watch the star-filled sky in the calm of the night.

• Music – Sing along, play instruments* and enjoy an acoustic evening in nature.

• Sleep Amidst Nature – Drift off to sleep in your tent with the sounds of the forest around you.

• Morning Warm-Up – Start the day with light stretching and a refreshing nature-breathing session.

• Return Journey – Trail back to our train stop, then ride back together to Berlin or Düsseldorf or any other location on demand.

Individuals below 20 are allowed when accompanied by companion.
Children will also be ticketed for this trip.

By registering for this camping trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation & Responsibility

• Participants must be 20 years or older to join. Those under 20 are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.

• All participants must be reasonably fit and comfortable with outdoor activities, walking trails and camping. Please inform the organizers of any medical conditions in advance.

• You are responsible for your personal health and safety during the trip. The organizers will take safety measures, but outdoor camping carries inherent risks.

2. Safety & Conduct

• Always follow the instructions of the trip leader and guides.

• Respect nature, wildlife, fellow participants and local communities. No littering, vandalism, or loud disruptive behavior.

• Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the trip.

3. Registration & Cancellation

• Registration is only confirmed after the form is submitted and required payment is made.

• Please note that all bookings are final and we are unable to offer refunds in case of cancellation.

4. Weather & Emergency Situations

• This trip depends on weather conditions and other unforeseen factors. The organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the trip if necessary for safety reasons.

• In emergencies, participants must cooperate fully with the team and follow evacuation or medical assistance instructions.

5. Liability Waiver

• By participating, you understand that camping and outdoor activities involve potential risks, including accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for such incidents.

• Participants are encouraged to have personal health or travel insurance.
