Terms & Conditions

Event Date: 30 October 2026

Venue: Incavall VIP Club, Hohenzollernring 88, 50672 Köln, Germany

1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are valid only for the event stated on the ticket. Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified.

2. Ticket Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled or applicable law requires otherwise.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred for another event without prior approval from the event organizer.

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be informed about the applicable refund procedure.

3. Mandatory Bar Spend

A €10 mandatory minimum bar spend per person applies to every ticket holder.

The €10 mandatory bar spend is NOT included in the ticket price.

The required €10 must be spent separately at the venue's bar during the event.

4. Entry & Admission

Valid tickets must be presented at the entrance, either digitally or in another accepted format.

The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates these Terms & Conditions, venue rules, or applicable laws.

A valid ticket does not guarantee entry if the ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered, or obtained fraudulently.

5. Age Requirement

Entry is subject to the applicable age restrictions of the event and venue.

Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the entrance. Copies or photographs of identification may not be accepted.

6. Security Checks

For the safety of all guests, security personnel may conduct bag and personal checks upon entry.

Prohibited items will not be permitted inside the venue. Guests who refuse a required security check may be denied entry.

7. Prohibited Items & Behaviour

Weapons, illegal drugs, dangerous objects, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Guests who violate venue or event rules may be removed from the event without a refund.

8. Alcohol & Responsible Behaviour

Alcohol may only be consumed in accordance with applicable laws and venue regulations.

The venue and organizer reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to guests who are intoxicated or behaving irresponsibly.

9. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to the lineup, DJs, schedule, venue arrangements, or program, where necessary.

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required by applicable law.

10. Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and social-media purposes.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos taken at the event.

If you do not wish to be featured prominently in promotional material, please contact the event organizer.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Tickets & Fraud

Tickets may not be duplicated, forged, resold fraudulently, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or invalid tickets without compensation.

13. Compliance With Venue Rules

All guests must comply with the rules and instructions of the venue, security personnel, event staff, and organizer.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
